Responsibilities
Overall in-charge of the accounting division of the company
Responsible for the preparation of Financial Statements
Responsible for the correctness of entries made on all books of accounts as well as of those reports coming from affiliated companies.
Responsible for the correctness of accounting entries in Cash Disbursement Books.
Included also on the job responsibilities is the preparation of monthly reports.
Can implement various accounting software (i.e. Peachtree Accounting, Quickbooks Desktop, MYOB
Job also includes the preparation and processing of payable accounts.
Responsible for the preparation of Bank Reconciliation Statement on a monthly basis.
Formulate and implement company accounting policies and procedures.
Qualifications:
At least 2-3 years’ experience in a financial accounting.
Knowledge in the preparation of financial reports such as budget forecast required for business proposals.
Self-motivated with the ability to manage a variety of tasks independently.
Computer skills – spreadsheet applications and preferably working knowledge of SAP/Quickbooks.
Good interpersonal skills and a team player.
Good communication skills and ability to communicate effectively.
Bachelor’s Degree in Accountancy or related discipline.
With matured and sound disposition; with sense of urgency.
Willing to accept the engagement asap.
Preferrably a CPA but not required.
