Job Descriptions
The General Accountant keeps organized and accurate records of financial transactions related to company projects.
He / She assists in the completion of payments and controls expenses by receiving, processing, verifying, and reconciling project related documents and transactions.
He / She is also responsible for monitoring the progress of projects, investigating variances and ensuring timeliness and accuracy of project reports.
Job Qualifications
BS Accountancy or BSBA Major in Accounting, preferably with CPA license
At least three (3) years work experience in the areas of real estate project accounting, auditing and bookkeeping
