FINANCIAL REPORTS AND STATEMENT
Assists the Accounting Head in the preparation and analyzing financial reports, for external and internal
Reporting as follows:
Statement of Comprehensive Income
Statement of Financial Position
Statement of Cash Flows
Statement of Changes in Equity
Monthly profit & loss
Coordinates with other departments pertaining to reconciliation of accounts affecting the preparation of financial statements.
ACCOUNTING BOOKS AND JOURNAL
Prepares journal vouchers for transactions, events, adjustments and corrections to reflect accurate balances of accounts.
Performs review, checking and matching of Sales Order, Sales Invoice and Delivery Receipt.
Performs monthly bank reconciliation, Bank Loans and interest expense.
Prepares lapsing of Fixed Assets and monthly JV on amortization and depreciation.
Conducts month end closing procedure of books of accounts by providing various accurate account schedules such as but not limited to prepayments, accruals, among others.
AUDIT AND COMPLIANCE
Performs necessary steps, such as review and audit of various General Ledger accounts by validating all entries in the books.
Recommends financial actions by preparing policies and guidelines and recommends solutions to resolve accounting issues and provide good internal control practices.
Substantiates financial transactions for auditing requirements.
Reconciles financial discrepancies by collecting and analyzing account information.
Performs other related tasks that may be assigned from time to time.
Qualifications:
Must be a Certified Public Accountant.
Must have at least 7 years work experience in general accounting. This includes handling supervisory/managerial position.
Having work experience in manufacturing company is an advantage.
Must be willing to have a work schedule from Monday to Saturday.
Must be willing to work on BGC, Taguig on a full time basis.
