GENDER AND DEVELOPMENT OFFICER
Job Summary:
The Gender and Development Officer is responsible for designing formation and training programs for the holistic development of students. The GAD Officer organizes activities such as seminars, workshops and fora among others that will hone the active, assertive and decisive potentials of the students. He / She also enforces school rules and regulations to students.
Qualifications:
A graduate of any Bachelor's degree
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills including group and public speaking.
Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple ongoing activities
Proficient with Microsoft Office, Google Suite, Zoom
Dependable and has a good work ethic
Can maintain a high level of professional integrity
Strong background in defining, implementing and managing student centered processes and operations
Ability to handle conflict resolution and mediation skills
Ability to collaborate with various stakeholders (student, faculty, parents)
Must be able to work with less supervision
