Your key responsibilities
As a Machine Learning Manager, you will be involved in designing, development, testing and deployment of ML/ AI solution. You'll spend most of your time doing end to end coding using Python R, applying machine learning techniques to deliver actionable insights. You will be Applying standard statistical methods, Stimulation models and statistical programming as needed. You will also be responsible for model development- manipulation including data exploration, training data, feature extraction and model development, validation and scoring on structured and unstructured data and to highlight patterns, anomalies, relationship and trends.
Skills and attributes for success
Designing and Building systems
that mine massive datasets and structure/ engineer it to be usable for machine learning models and to apply AI/Machine Learning technology to solve real-world problems.
Developing a strong understanding of business requirements; working with business users/ business analysts to define probable solutions and present result in a clear and concise manner.
Effectively managing clients and stakeholders.
Mentoring team members in the use of machine learning.
To qualify for the role you must have
Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science and alike
Overall 10 years of experience and hands on experience in Machine learning and artificial Intelligence
Intelligence techniques and tools such as neural networks, deep learning, MS Azure Cognitive Service, regression, decision tree, random forest, classification and clustering, natural language processing (NLP), Natural Language Generation (NLG), ARIMA algorithms.
2-3 years of experience in people management.
Good communication skills in English and Japanese.
Expertise in software such as R and Python.
Strong - programming skills, algorithm development and database management systems.
Ideally, you'll also have

At least a couple of end-to-end ML projects experience
