The opportunity Your role as a Senior will focus on the management and delivery of client engagements, often interacting at an implementation team member level for EAM clients, resulting in increased value and efficiency. You'll help to mentor, coach and counsel their team members and help EY build an inclusive culture and high-performing teams. Your key responsibilities The EAM Senior will provide consulting services to EAM clients, helping them improve work and asset management capabilities. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES . Help mentor, coach and counsel client team members and help EY build an inclusive culture and high-performing teams . Maximize operational efficiencies on engagements . Perform functional tasks, including functional requirements development, configuration, maintenance, enhancements and upgrades . Possess or gain a solid understanding of the applications' functionality, intended processes, uses and features that business partners can leverage during their daily work . Have experience working with users and development staff on issues and efforts related to the implementation of EAM, Asset Performance Management (APM), Predictive or Condition Based Maintenance, service management, and inventory management or other business processes . Have experience working with EAM systems such as IBM Maximo, SAP EAM, Infor EAM or Oracle EAM and/or other technologies . Have knowledge of agile software development and project management techniques . Interact with users to obtain information and share information needed for successful system implementation, upgrades, usage and maintenance experience . Enhance our brand through strong external relationships across a network of existing and future clients . Provide strategic and relevant insight, connectedness and responsiveness to all clients to anticipate their needs . Support opportunity pursuits and practice development initiatives . Promote an effective forum for sharing EAM expertise . Strengthen our collective EAM knowledge, helping resolve our clients' EAM challenges Skills and attributes for success You'll need strong written and verbal communication skills, especially around breaking down complex structures into digestible and relevant points for a diverse set of clients and colleagues at all levels. You'll be able to challenge and inspire both coworkers and clients to think about difficult situations in new and transformative ways. By drawing on your knowledge and experience, you'll provide innovative commercial insights for clients, adapt methods and practices to fit operational team and cultural needs, and contribute to thought leadership. A bachelor's degree in Business, Information Technology, Engineering, Marketing, Economics, Finance or a related field . A minimum of 4-6 years of overall work experience and 2-3 years of related work experience . Business process design experience and the ability to create functional requirements . Experience working with condition based or predictive asset maintenance technologies . Good communication skills and proficiency with applications or supporting applications . A minimum of one to two years of experience delivering consulting services to EAM clients . Experience participating in teams and supporting engagement economics and business development . Flexibility to work across consulting services if needed . Willingness to travel valid driver's license and US passport required . US Citizen or Permanent Resident status Ideally, you'll also have . Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science or a similar field . Master's degree in Information Technology, Business Administration or a related field . Data & Analytics project experience .
