As part of our EY-cyber security team, you shall engage in Identity & Access Management projects in the capacity of execution of deliverables. Also, the professional shall need to report any identified risks within engagements and share any issues and updates with senior members of the team. Tech./ B.E. with sound technical skills . Strong command on verbal and written English language. . Experience in HTML, JSP and JavaScript. . Strong interpersonal and presentation skills. Functional Consultant Your key responsibilities . Experienced in Access Management and Governance strategy road map or tool implementation . Good knowledge in OOPS concept, multiple operating system architectural model - mainly focused on Windows and Unix. . Reviews, develops, and implements Role design for different systems, applications and platforms . Experienced in Microsoft products such as Word, Excel, PowerPoint or Visual Studio . Strong communication skills and able to interact with client from various geographic locations . Capable to manage a team as well as alias with client on solution design . Hands on support for both complex projects and routine tasks. . Inclination towards automation and/or system and business processes risk management. . Develops reports and other solutions that help support end users such as auditors and security role owners with the overall result of creating new process . Translate client's business requirements into specific system, application or process designs. . Create and maintain documentation for security related activities and metric reporting. . Advise on and communicate about IAM security risks and solutions to business partners and IT staff as needed . Research, design, and advocate new IAM technologies, architectures, and security products that will support security requirements SailPoint . Engage and contribute to the Identity & Access Management projects. . Will be responsible for applications onboarding . Contribute to eminence activities, such as automating manual tasks performed by SailPoint Administration team. . Customize, configure, and develop SailPoint solution integrations using requirements and design and independently manage project deliverables to successful completion. . Lead process compliance activities by identifying and driving initiatives that are relevant for the project delivery and help factor reusability and related benefits. . Vendor coordination . Application patch deployment. . Troubleshoot SailPoint Issues Skills and attributes for success . Experience on SailPoint requirement gathering, design and implementation. . Experience in implementing at least two IAM engagements including requirements gathering, analysis, design development, testing deployment and application support (SailPoint/ other IAM) . Experience in technologies, such as Java, Ldap, RDBMS and Linux. . Good knowledge of Web/application servers (IIS, WebSphere WebLogic, JBoss and Apache) . Experience in development configuration of standard custom IAM integrations using java or other major scripting languages. . Experience in hands on development, estimations, sizing and custom IAM integrations. . Advanced documentation and presentation skills and well-versed with SDLC process. . Ability to create plan and execute advanced IAM trainings and independently drive proof of concepts involving emerging IAM technologies. . Exposure to process frameworks and methodologies. . Experience in interacting with Clients, including working with client teams in an onsite and offshore delivery model. . SailPoint IdentityIQ 7.0, . Knowledge on Java. .
