We are looking for an Intelligent Automation Managed Services Staff who can support BOTs, perform troubleshooting and recommend solutions for bugs/errors. He should also be able to cater to enhancements and work closely with the business when needed. Roles and Responsibilities: Preparation and facilitation of process design sessions related to robotics process, validation rules and reports Configuration of Blue Prism, UiPath process components Planning, design, testing, prototyping and implementation of enhancements, control and tuning of pre-built automation processes Working knowledge of Relational Database (MS SQL/ Oracle DB) Working knowledge in automating web applications, SAP, excel and macros Should have understanding and experience of software development best practices Preparation of key deliverables such as daily/weekly reports to capture the metrics, run and operational guides Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Software Engineering, Computer Science, or related field Minimum 2 years' experience using Blue Prism and UiPath RPA tools Good business communication skills & client facing skills Willing to work in a shifting schedule and even on weekends Good debugging/problem solving skills Experience in end to end RPA/IA Software Development Lifecycle and ticketing system is a plus EY | Building a better working world EY exists to build a better working world, helping to create long-term value for clients, people and society and build trust in the capital markets.
