Join us and build an exceptional experience for yourself, and a better working world for all. . 12+ years of proven experience in architecting and implementing Business Intelligence and data warehouse platforms, Master Data Management, data integration and OLTP database solutions . Strong knowledge of industry best practices around data architecture in both cloud based and on-prem solutions. Strong analytical and numerical skills are essential, enabling easy interpretation and analysis of large volumes of data . Experience of architecting data solutions across hybrid (Azure cloud, on premise) data platforms . Experience of using an enterprise data modelling tool such as ER/Studio . Experience of mapping key Enterprise data entities to business capabilities and applications . Experience dealing with multiple huge datasets to get meaningful results . Managing outcome led technical programs and technical activities in accordance with the agreed project scope . Experience in Data Transformation using ETL/ELT tools / cloud engineering . Experience in database query using SQL . Experience in enterprise level database and data warehousing projects using SQL, NoSQL & RDBMS such as MS SQL, AWS DynamoDB, etc . Contribute to product design and establishment of requirements . Deliver products consistently, on time, and on budget . Manage a delivery team to ensure timely and accurate customer deliveries. . Ensure that team maintains high level of competence and operational excellence. . Serve as primary contact for customer inquiries and concerns. . Analyze customer orders, set delivery priorities and make schedule adjustments to meet timely delivery goals. . Develop process improvements to achieve cost effectiveness and time saving. . Make critical business decisions to meet customer expectations. . Experience in converting business problems/challenges to technical solutions. . Develop standardized practices for delivering new products and capabilities . Established experience with project management programs, SCRUM, and different variants of AGILE techniques, along with familiarity with code management and Continuous Integration/Delivery Implementation (CI/DI).
