The opportunity The GDS Markets team specializes in account management activities, supporting pursuits and go-to-market projects, and providing operational support to the Global Markets organization. We are a 400+ strong team, spread across GDS Kochi, Trivandrum, Bangalore, Gurgaon, Manila and Wroclaw Centers. Your role as a Senior Account Coordinator is to provide high quality and insightful business and management support to teams engaging in high profile client accounts of EY. You will build global account connections, drive the EY Account Management Framework, and develop deep industry knowledge to benefit the account team and the delivery to the ultimate client. Your key responsibilities - Managing the global onboarding process for EY resources to be onboarded to client engagements - Ownership of internal and external communication and status updates related to onboarding - Point-of-contact for onboarding first level concerns and escalations - Making sure that the onboarding details are aligned correctly with Statement of Work - Creation of step by step process and SOP, reviewing of documents, ensuring all documents are completed and in compliance with client's requirements - Managing a strong tactical working relationship with business unit contacts and stakeholders providing regular communication and reports to key stakeholders - Responsible for providing pipeline business reports such as weekly pipeline insights and monthly sales forecast. Working directly with stakeholders and EY partners to raise awareness of their Sales and Pipeline performance. - Lead the client's audit process requirements for onboarding - Maintain and update global account databases and contact lists, as well as collate relevant client information from available databases. - Responsible for project management, quality control, review of deliverables, and overall lead the program for your designated account/s using the Account Management Framework of support activities. - Manage ad hoc activities through interaction with key stakeholders and partners - Willingness to work on night shift to work with counterparts, stakeholders, and clients in the US Skills and attributes for success . Entrepreneur/proactive behaviour - Desire to make the role their own and to create opportunity areas to involve themselves in day-to-day operations To qualify for the role you must have . Bachelor's degree or above from a commercial or business related discipline . Advanced MS Excel, PowerPoint & Word proficiency . Excellent English communication skills - both written and verbal . Experience in onboarding is a plus . Willingness to work on night shift to work with counterparts, stakeholders, and clients in the US . Willingness to work at McKinley West, Taguig City Technology . Proficient in Microsoft Office products - Word, Excel, PowerPoint . Project management, use of procurement portals (i.e. SAP Fieldglass, Beeline or Ariba) are nice to have . Experience using Power Apps is a bonus Ideally, you'll also have . Experience in providing support, mainly for the US region . Experience working in a global/virtual environment .
