Position summary Climate Change and Sustainability Services (CCaSS) professionals provides advisory services including ESG/Sustainability Advisory, Sustainability/non-financial reporting, Climate Change and impact assessment studies. The Staff will be responsible for working closely with Managers and Seniors on client engagements. The role requires understanding of relevant legislation, regulations such as EBA, ECB, FED, PRA, APRA, HKMA, MAS etc., industry initiatives such as UNEPFI, ShareAction, PRI, SBTI etc. and standards such as GRI, SASB, TCFD, CDP, DJSI, IIRC, AA 1000, ISAE 3000 etc. along with well-developed communication skills. The Associate will be based out of our Gurgaon / Bangalore / Mumbai / Kolkata/Hyderabad/Manila offices. Primary responsibilities Execute the following FAAS-CCaSS solutions using Global service delivery framework: ESG/Sustainability Advisory Climate Risk Assessment (Transition and Physical Risk) Non-financial Reporting and Assurance Climate Change and Decarbonization including Net-zero Strategy and Commitments Environment Health & Safety Ensure quality in delivering client service by directing daily progress of fieldwork, informing Supervisors of engagement status Maintain detailed knowledge of global Sustainability regulations and awareness of market trends, competitor activity and offerings Follow instructions from onshore teams and reviewers for delivery Qualifications, skills and experience Post graduate degree in sustainability/environment or engineering (chemical/mechanical/civil) from reputed institutes in the Philippines with a focus on environment, sustainability and climate change issues 0-2 years of experience in Climate Change, environment and sustainability related areas preferably with reputed consulting firms, financial services institutions or research firms Understanding of relevant legislation, regulations such as EBA, ECB, FED, PRA, APRA, HKMA, MAS etc., industry initiatives such as UNEPFI, ShareAction, PRI, SBTI etc. and international standards & frameworks like GRI, SASB, TCFD, DJSI, CDP, WEF IBC etc. Internship/project experience with MNCs on sustainability as part of their educational curriculum. Strong communication, presentation and business writing skills Experience of working on MS Excel or any other data management tools/technologies (VBA, R, Pyton etc.).
