Job Description
· Serve as a key liaison and partner across significant End to End Business Pillars and among projects within these pillars
· Manage multiple efforts simultaneously across a broad range of functions, businesses, and organizational units
· Understand program workstreams/projects to be able to assist in identification and management of issues and risks
· Understand key business processes and how they interrelate
· Identify and manage key dependencies across projects
· Collaborate globally, cross-functionally, and with various levels within the organization
· Prepare and facilitate workshops with business and IT partners
· Coach project teams related to project development methodologies and processes; maintain strong oversight over adherence to these methodologies and processes
· Share best practices amongst project teams to drive improvement and consistency in reporting and tracking activities
· Support business change management initiatives (training, communications, etc.)
· Develop and maintain project documentation (project plans)
· Coordinate and facilitate cross functional meetings
· Provide team support for day-to-day activities
· Assist with special projects as needed
· Identify and implement process improvements
· Design and execute analyses and effectively communicate insights
· Develop and present recommendations to senior leaders

Qualifications and Experience:
A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, Marketing, IT, or related field
2 - 6+ years of related business, project management, or transformation experience
Previous Project Management / PMO experience Required. PMP Certification a plus
Demonstrated understanding of and ability to apply program management/change management concepts
Highly flexible skillset to juggle a range of activities successfully and meet deadlines with quality deliverables
Demonstrated ability to effectively work cross-functionally with leadership in developing and executing successful projects
Demonstrated problem solving and analytical abilities where problems are complex
Strong interpersonal skills and demonstrated commitment to teamwork and partnerships
Exceptional organizational skills, with demonstrated ability to effectively manage multiple priorities in a matrix organization
Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills, Microsoft Project is a plus
Willingness to learn and take on new challenges
Ability to navigate ambiguity
Highly motivated and able to think effectively under pressure
Ability to prioritize assignments and multi-task within restricted time constraints
Demonstrated attention to detail
Strong oral and written communication skills
Ability to tailor messages for audiences at various levels of the organization, including senior leadership
Demonstrated ability to ask tough questions respectfully and maintain poise when challenged by others, including leadership
Ability to influence others without authority
Ability to look ahead and identify potential risks/issues before they come to fruition and to recommend and plan actions accordingly
Ability to identify needs, including items related to but outside core responsibilities, and recommend solutions to address

Willingness to work on NIGHT shift
Experience with Agile and/or Lean methodology
