Employee Life Cycle Expert - Will identify and implement process improvements and will provide quality and timely end-to-end service addressing employee needs across all P&C areas in accordance with Standard Operating Procedures, and ensure efficient delivery of services to all stakeholders (entities, regions, employees) in line with agreed Service Level Targets. The incumbent provides expert advice related to the systems within GBS scope, performs simple troubleshooting and acts as a Power User for data bases and systems in scope of GBS.
What will you do?
You will provide services according to the P&C Service Catalogue including:
Receive and respond timely to all Employee Life Cycle Stream service inquiries and requests with timely, accurate and professional responses
Follow the established standard operating procedures (SOP) when completing tickets submitted via the MyJTI ticketing management system (ServiceNow)
Validate requests and employee data templates and documents received for maintenance in HR and payroll systems according to the established check list.
Create and maintain JTI organizational structure in SAP HR and other systems in scope of GBS
Prepare contractual agreements and letters in accordance with established templates
Maintain employee lifecycle events according to the corporate and local guidelines in SAP HR and local payroll system
Ensure data and documents readiness for payroll run (if applicable)
Notify relevant parties on employee's data changes
Support employees with access to T&E application and corporate credit card provisioning.
Support employee enrollment into relevant benefits plans
Support employee enrollment into ESPP program, manage all requested modifications
Update and release communication to employees related to regular P&C processes (i.e. annual personal data validation or tax submissions)
Provide reports with defined standards and templates
Providing complex reports and collecting KPIs
You will support markets in formulating of business requirements for system changes and play a key role in further system testing of the implemented solution.
Proposes and together with BTS IT implements system enhancements which improve GBS efficiencies.
Provides advisory support to the local organizations on systems and processes within GBS scope.
Identify and implement process improvements gaining efficiencies from standardization of Operating procedures
Participates in new system implementations and their roll outs to new markets.
You will deliver functional training according to GBS Training Strategy and Framework
Provides support to Requestors and helping to troubleshoot user issues
Proposes changes and improvement to existing SOPs. Creates if necessary new SOPs and other training documents and procedures
Who are we looking for?
A Bachelor's degree in Human Resource or any related courses
Has over 3 years solid experience in Rewards and Global Mobility in a multinational organization in a similar role
Has a good understanding of HR Administration and Organizational Management processes
Has the ability to handle communications with the stakeholders, detail oriented and proactive in identifying process improvement opportunities
An excellent communicator with good command of the English language; knowledge in other languages of the countries within GBS scope is a plus
Advanced knowledge of MS Excel and other MS Office applications
Proficient in SAP or any similar ERP systrem; Lean 6-Sigma methodology knowledge is a plus
Willing to work on Midshift
Amenable to work in McKinley Taguig (Hybrid set up)
