Job Description:

Build-up Phase: (1) Define and develop the final Transfer Agency process, (2) Lead the set-up and implementation of a TA system, (3) Transition management
BAU: Efficient and effective management of Transfer Agency function; ensuring that all daily processing functions are completed within the determine timeframes as well as accuracy and completeness of UITF client records
Preferred skills (heading) / Compétences particulières (titre)
Knowledge of the Trust, Asset or Investment management business and processes, UITF processes in particular.
Transfer Agency experience would be an advantage
Analytical thinking and problem solving
Ability to deal with external/3rd party vendors

University degree
At least 5 years of UITF operations or Transfer Agency related experience
Experienced in dealing with 3rd party vendors
Experience in project management or process re-engineering or customer experience in the financial industry is an advantage

Define and develop the TA process and system
Provide day-to-day oversight/management of the transfer agency functions:
System owner of the TA system.
