Position Overview
The Data Management Specialist is primarily responsible for the Fund Static Data processes such as asset setups, asset maintenance, inspection & processing of new fund governing documentations, and ensuring that the required fund trading information is available on the custody application. The Data Management Specialist is in charge of completing the team work load in conjunction with other team specialists and will require effective time management and prioritization skills. The successful candidate should have the ability to follow processes.
Main Job Functions/ Tasks
Process the team's daily workflow in relation to Asset Setups, New Fund Documentation, Asset Maintenance and Queries;
Ensure data accuracy and process efficiency through the implementation of internal controls and procedures;
Demonstrate ownership of assigned tasks and ensure timely completion, in line with demanding Service Level Agreements;
Participate in projects that may be defined from time to time in connection with the continuing expansion and evolution of the business;
Liaise with other Citco groups and/or external parties for information and documents;
Prepare ad hoc reporting in line with client and internal requirements;
Monitor and attend to priority requests in the queue;
Work cohesively with team members to ensure timely completion of workload;
Build and maintain client relationships through open communication;
Active preparation for and participation in meetings;
Perform other tasks as required by Seniors, Supervisors and/or Managers.
