Responsible for training requirements of the FQA department
Assist and mentor newly on boarded and less experienced testers
Assist leads and coordinators with test floor queries and admin
Establish and evolve development tools, training materials and syllabuses
Liaise with QA Management to understand business L&D needs
Proactively execute business L&D needs
Understand and differentiate between all key client needs and cultures
Conduct the induction training sessions (when required)
Keep track of, and report on, key metrics related to learning and development
Create additional training modules upon supervisor request
Attend monthly mentoring and goal settings sessions with Line Manager
conduct FQA Test responsibilities when required
Present a professional and responsible image
Conduct 'on the job' and classroom training sessions
