Description
This is an incredibly fun and exciting opportunity to be the Brand Ambassador Program Manager for a small, but fast-growing, U.S. based beauty brand. Your primary responsibility will be to take charge of and manage a new Brand Ambassador program that is currently in development. Responsibilities include identifying, screening, and maintaining relationships with ambassadors and social media influencers. In addition, you will assist with creating and coordinating activities and events as well as managing rewards and incentives.
The ideal candidate for this opportunity will be creative, have excellent written and verbal English communication skills, and will have a combination of project management, event management, and social media management skills and experience. Beauty and/or Fashion industry knowledge or email marketing are also a plus.
As a member of our team, you will be provided with the opportunity to leverage your existing skills, knowledge, and experience as well as learn and develop new skills as well. You will be provided with the necessary training, tools, and resources to be successful in your role.
This is a full-time (40 hours per week), long term, work from home opportunity.

This is typically an activity they will complete and then post to social media to share with their following to drive awareness and sales for our brand and products. In exchange for doing this they can either earn points which can be exchanged for rewards for completing the task and/or commissions on purchases made by their following. We are set to launch our new Anti-Frizz hair spray for women in 1 month. What are 1 or more activities or challenges can think of for our ambassadors to complete that will help to drive awareness and sales for our new Ant-Frizz hair spray?
4. Sephora Beauty has just began selling our new Signature Series hair care products collection in their stores and we want to drive awareness that our products are now being sold at Sephora stores and to get ambassadors and/or customers to go to their local Sephora to purchase the product. Please specify one or more ways we can use our brand ambassadors to accomplish this goal.
