This position requires a computer, internet access, and your undivided attention during a shift.
Provide live-time virtual support to customers via email, text (SMS), and other electronic channels.
Proactively anticipate customer needs to deliver effective and efficient solutions, and nurture customer relationships with the company.
Maintain updated knowledge of companies' ordering platform, business operations, and menu offerings and can easily provide recommendations and alternatives.
Thoroughly collect and record customer feedback and trends, and share with appropriate departments and team members.
Participate in customer acquisition and retention campaigns.
Other duties as assigned by a manager.
Restaurant experience/knowledge is preferred, but not required.
Qualifications
Tech-Savvy - an affinity for technology is a must.
Quick thinking; oriented to deliver fast, efficient service.
Finds joy in the process of problem-solving and giving people meaningful interactions.
Empathetic; able to accept customers' needs and frustrations, and naturally considers as many perspectives as possible before making a suggestion or decision.
A confident decision-maker, and creative problem solver.
Restaurant experience/knowledge is preferred, but not required.
Primary Software Platforms Used Include:
FrontApp
Slack
Google G-Suite including (Gmail, Google Calendar, Google Meet, Google Sheets, Google Docs)
Working hours
Strictly Wednesday to Sunday from 2:00PM to 11:00PM Eastern US Time
