In our DevTech division, we deliver highly scalable and performant software - with passion. We consist of hundreds of Software Engineers, Architects, Product Owners and Cluster Leads and speak fluent agile - amongst many other languages. We are currently looking for a passionate Full Stack Software Engineer to join our team and build a product which will be used by financial services companies all over the world.
Your mission
Working within an Agile and collaborative environment with Business users and other technology partners.
Application Development (APIs and front-end)
Contribute to Dev Ops, Test Automation and automated build and deployments.
Test software to ensure responsiveness and efficiency
Troubleshoot, debug and upgrade software
Build features and applications with a mobile responsive design
Document the code developed
Ensure code adheres to security standards
Qualifications
What you need
Proven experience as a Full Stack Developer or similar role
Knowledge of multiple front-end languages and libraries (e.g. HTML/CSS/Sass, JavaScript, XML, jQuery)
Knowledge of back-end languages (e.g. Java, Spring Boot, C#) and JavaScript frameworks (e.g. Angular, Node.js)
Basic knowledge of shell scripting (e.g. bash scripting)
Familiarity with cloud native development (preferably OpenShift/Kubernetes)
Familiarity with databases (e.g. Oracle, Postgres, MongoDB) and web servers (e.g. Apache)
Familiarity with CICD Platforms (e.g. Jenkins, Travis) and Ansible
Experience developing desktop and mobile applications
Strong knowledge of data structures, system design, and algorithms
Excellent communication and teamwork skills
Great attention to detail
Organizational skills
Problem solving and Analytical mindset
