Job Description
JOB SUMMARY :
Dispatch and Fulfillment Supervisor focuses Customer Order Fulfillment in terms of item, qty correctness, quality and timeliness of delivery until system receiving.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES :
Order Preparation:
Supervise the checking of endorsed or prepared items for dispatch
Verify customer order vs plan vs actual item received or prepared
Work with QA and production to ensure compliance to quality, specs and item correctness
Works with Transport team the compliance of trucker to PANC requirements before loading and during delivery
Works with Sales for any order fulfillment concern before, during and after delivery ie special instruction from customer
Order fulfillment:
Review plan schedule's target vs actual, Order, Inventory and escalate any variance that will impact fulfillment
Submits list and discusses to Warehouse items for pullout
Regularly performs reviews, recommends and implements efficient material flow that impacts customer order fulfillment
Assigns and monitors the progress of issued work orders or item preparation assignments to team members (TMs) and contractors ensuring that TMs and contractors conform to required lead time, documents and recons.
Review system transactions and adjustments and do variance analysis
Publish daily fulfillment attainment and set weekly and monthly review to Manager, Sales and as requested by Executives
Other Tasks :
Appointed membership to committees whenever necessary
Performs related work as may be assigned by the immediate superior.
Qualifications
EDUCATIONAL REQUIREMENT :
Graduate of any Bachelors degree preferably Engineering but not required
WORK EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:
At least 2-year experience in Cold storage or food industry specializing in Inventory or Warehouse with customer experience.
CRITICAL SKILLS OR COMPETENCIES REQUIRED:
Hard Skills
Excellent Knowledge of and familiarity with customer experience, retail or sales of meats or perishable items
Capability to interpret, analyze and execute plans
Thorough knowledge Inventory, Warehouse and part of customer/sales
Knowledge in Meats or any food distribution
Above average Computer skills (word, excel, and ppt or related software)
Good communication skills (verbal and written)
Soft Skills
Very good management skills
Excellent problem solving and analysis
Highly detail-oriented
Very good organization skills
Very Good coordination skills
