MAIN JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
Lead & land projects for detergent powder as TPL & Formulator.
Ensure that all the mandated product development protocols and stability requirements are addressed. Ensure that the products meet all the consumer safety & regulatory requirements.
Ensure all aspects of the technical requirements of the projects are delivered on time in full (OTIF) for the assigned projects as TPL.
Manage the network along with the project team. Ensure proper risk assessment & mitigation plan is in place for assigned projects.
Align the key decisions needed with key stakeholders.
Connect with consumers to understand product performance and scope for improvements.
Work with CTI team to develop the right consumer insights to deliver the product winning.
Work closely with other R&D functions e.g. Processing technology, Packaging technology, Regulatory Affairs, etc. to deliver assigned projects as well as general agenda for detergent powder such as Clean Future, Fuel for Growth/5S, Capability building, Consumer test sample making, etc.
Deliver other tasks as agreement with Line Manager & Line Director.
Manage end to end lab operation from prepare materials, testing, result analyst and reporting, lab scale product evaluation.
Plan for the development of new product/ according to guidelines/ briefs set Dev Managers.
Oversee the preparation of product samples in various stage of product development to meet the requirement of differing test objectives.
Coordinate with external stakeholders e.g. CCBT, Marketing, QA, Production, Planning, Procurement, Finance, Suppliers, etc.
QUALIFICATION
Graduate preferably with Bachelor/ Master degree in Science/Engineering with Chemistry
background or equivalent experience in capability field.
2-3 years of experience in lab operation, R&D, product development.
Practical experience in Laboratory environments, Pilot plants or Factory Processing is
desirable.
Good English communication skills.
Excellent team working.
Knowledge about SAP PLM & IPM/Innoflex would be preferred.
