Qualifications for Management Trainees:
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree in Food & Beverage Services Management or equivalent.
- At least 1 year of working experience as Manager/Supervisor
- Able to do regular restaurant reports.
- Capable of leading store in achieving performance target.
- Skilled in planning & development of programs to improve overall efficiency of store operations.
- Strong organizational, leadership & interpersonal skills.
- Previous work experience in a Food & Beverage Services establishment is a must.
Qualifications for Bakers:
- Male/Female are qualified for the position
- HRM/ HRS/ Culinary Arts Graduate.
- Baking/ kitchen operations experience is an advantage; although fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
- Able to multitask and can work with minimal supervision.
Qualifications for Front Liners/ Service Crew:
- Must be Male/Female are qualified for the position.
- HRM/ HRS/ Culinary graduate or graduate of any related course
- At least 6 Months. of working experience although fresh graduates are encouraged to apply
- Able to multitask & willing to work on extended hours
- With average English communication skills.
