We are Pronto Growth - a division dedicated to inbound marketing with our own editorial, design, and development resources. We're a small multicultural team of experts who enjoy close collaboration. All our communication is in English but, as our members come from eight different countries, perfect English is not required.
Our division works remotely but members are free to use Pronto's office space in Bangkok.

Job Description
We're seeking an experienced Front-end WordPress Developer.
Key responsibilities:
Build websites based on Adobe XD guidelines using Hello theme and Elementor page builder
Create custom sections and features outside the capability of Elementor, using pure HTML, CSS, and Javascript
Overcome technical challenges by conducting research and testing various solutions
Communicate clearly with the team using internal notes, video calls, and Slack conversations
Attend regular team meetings with the goal of improving team standards, communication, and operations
Review colleagues' work
You will work with:
WordPress Developer - Fellow developer who can provide feedback and code review
Platform team - Experts who manage infrastructure and plugins, and provide an escalation point for complex issues
Design Lead - Experienced designer who provides site guidelines and design assets
Growth Managers - Client-facing marketing strategists who lead website builds and campaign creation
Content Specialists - Writers who provide copy and content guidance
Marketing Coordinators - Project managers who conduct research and optimize sites
Qualifications
Required:
Experience building sites using Elementor, Oxygen, Divi, or similar
Ability to troubleshoot page builder limitations using HTML, CSS, and JavaScript (to limit reliance on plugins)
Ability to solve problems independently
Ability to communicate with confidence when sharing recommendations with colleagues
Entrepreneurial mindset and ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
Ability to collaborate using remote technologies
Preferred:
Independent experience building sites directly for clients (freelance or similar)
Understanding of basic WordPress theme development processes and post type structure
Experience with jQuery and PHP
Experience optimizing web pages and improving page speed
