JOB DESCRIPTION
Able to build good rapport with the customers and greet the customers when they enter hotel premises
Build strong relationships with the customer
Maintains a favorable working relationship with all other hotel employees to foster and promote a cooperative
and harmonious working climate
Performs any other duties and tasks that may be assigned by immediate superiors from time to time
Check in customers using system in hotel and equipment and provide guests with directions to their room.
Inform customers of all on- site amenities and any relevant information that is needed to use.
Handle and resolve guest complaints
Invoice and bill guest complaints
Communicate with the guests to better understand their individual needs to provide them with the best service
possible.
JOB QUALIFICATION
Bachelor's Degree in Hotel / Hospitality / Tourism Management
At least 2 years' of working experience in the related field is required for this position
Knowledgeable in any hotel system
Can work on a shifting schedule morning shift, mid-shift, graveyard
Keen to details and well organized
Willing to be assigned in Station 2, Boracay Brgy. Balabag, Malay, Aklan
