Remedy is looking for a Front Desk Associate to support the Clinic Manager in admin and day-to-day tasks. You will also assist patients in their clinic experience.
Will be in charge of:
Administration tasks like scheduling, recording and maintaining clinic data, and supporting clinic staff
Greeting patients online and assisting patients in a professional yet warm and friendly manner
Handling patient inquiries and recommending specific treatments and products being offered
Coordinating logistics for daily order deliveries from the clinic
Upselling our products to clients and customers
We are looking for people who:
Have positive energy and a happy disposition
Passionate and eager to learn about the latest trends in the beauty industry through lectures and training
Can provide top-notch customer service and work well as a team
Are organized, professional, and tech-savvy
Are good at remembering people, names and details
Requirements:
At least 1 year experience working in a customer-facing setting (aesthetic clinic, hotel, etc.)
Experience with sales is an advantage
Comfortable using technology (ex. Microsoft Office, Zenoti)
Willing to work in BGC area
Excellent English skills (verbal, written, listening)
