Qualifications:
Generic CSR for Healthcare
Undergrad (HS Grad, Vocational, Associate Grad) w/ 6mos and above call center experience - international experience
College Graduate (any 4 years course) - no required experience; preferred 6mos and up call center experience
This is a pure onsite work set-up (Office is in Iloilo)
Job Description:
Handle incoming calls received from agents and customers Establish caller identity and take steps to provide or coordinate service.
Coordinate with other internal functions to provide service Demonstrate the ability to own and resolve problems utilizing skills, tools and client service
Research required information using available resources Manage, resolve, and escalate customer complaints as needed
Provide customers with accurate product and service information
