Requirements:
Fluent in French language
Good english communication skills
1-2 years prior Service Desk experience
Working knowledge of Microsoft OS (Win 7 & 10)
Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Products (Office365)
Willing to start as soon as possible
Amenable to work on site
Must be willing to work on Shifting schedule
Responsibilities:
Responding to IT support requests over the phone, via email and in person.
Escalating advanced IT support cases.
Maintaining IT documentation including network and user details.
Documenting records of actions taken.
Fixing hardware issues including replacing equipment and peripherals such as computers, terminals and routers.
