Job Description:
OVERALL PURPOSE
As a French Bilingual Client Care Representative, you will provide support and administrative inquiries from plan members. You are responsible for the first call resolution and the accurate completion of administrative transactions such as life events, modifications of benefits, etc. You will also handle member queries via the secure message and click to chat services. You will ensure the delivery of a consistently high quality level of client service experience.
SPECIFIC ACCOUNTABILITIES
Provide customer service in assisting clients with their inquiries about our AdminPlus services via inbound & outbound calls, secure messages, click to chat
Manage and maintain member records for our AdminPlus block of business with a high degree of quality and accuracy;
Support ongoing member maintenance issues;
Seek opportunities to proactively provide clients with additional information on SLF products & services available (S2S)
Be measured against quality, efficiency and effectiveness measures to help you continuously improve
Work collaboratively as a team to learn, improve and grow

Knowledge of Group benefits Administration (Flex knowledge is an asset);

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS
Completed at least 2 years in college
Minimum call center experience of 1 year
Fluency in French and English speaking and writing
Permanent Resident Visa holder or with Temporary Resident Visa and ACR
With wired internet connection of at least 25mbps speed with unlimited data
Must have a conducive workspace at home
Amenable to work on night shift
Residence should not be farther than 2 hours from BGC, Taguig
