We are looking for experienced recruitment professionals to work as freelance recruiters on either a full-time or part-time basis with an excellent earning opportunity – commission based. We are in search of ambitious individuals that are interested in recruiting on an international basis for US and UK clients.
Candidate must have prior recruitment experience.
This is a commission based freelance opportunity.
Manage full-cycle recruitment for a host of assigned searches.
Source, screen, schedule, conduct interviews, and process all prospective candidates. Conduct screening interviews over the phone.
Actively source candidates for open positions/roles using all possible recruitment methods – web portals, postings, social networks, databases, referrals and contacts.
