We are looking for Partner Recruiters who can help us find the right talents to Mentor.
Searches, hunts, recruits candidates for Financial Advisor and Unit Head positions
Conducts pre-screening of resumes and initial interview (at least 15 filtered candidates/week)
Invites attendees to weekly business orientation forum (at least 8/week)
Assists in on- boarding and licensing of recruits
Must be able to Prospect and Connect - not afraid to approach target candidates
Excellent interviewer and effective presenter
Social media savvy
Creative and thinks outside the box!
Must have own tools - tablet/laptop and strong internet connection
