Position Overview
The candidate will own all fraud and risk related topics within Pay***o. He / she will also be involved in delivering service to clients, product discussions, and risk related service sales discussions. Ideally the successful candidate will progress in a leadership role within Pay***o owning the fraud and risk management topic.
Job Description
Client / Service Delivery:
•Monitor merchant transaction processing from the gateway based on set parameters.
•Identify key metrics, procedures in order to perform proper risk analysis and fraud reporting.
•Analyze trends in the transaction - and monitor if there are any suspicious transaction activity that needs to be investigated.
•Use existing tools to thoroughly investigate blocked transactions and cases of suspected or actual fraud, and make informed decisions/recommendations;
•Evaluate and recommend ways to improve risk and fraud detection systems and strategies and prevent any potential fraud cases.
•Prepare internal documents / guides to enable scalability in delivering services to client.
•Assist in the implementation and delivery of new clients regarding risk and fraud services.
Product
•Join product discussion and presentations regarding all risk management and fraud topics.
•Provide insights / analysis regarding risk management vendor or processes assessment.
Sales
•Assist sales managers in discussions with clients regarding risk and fraud related services.
•Provide expert insight on the procedures and processes presented by leads.
Requirements
•2 - 5 experience in fraud and risk analysis and monitoring - either in the payments processing, gaming, fintech, banking space.
•Must be self-driven, self-motivated, pro-active, results oriented, and have ownership of his own topic.
•Demonstrated ability to deliver services to clients.
•Exhibit leadership qualities.
