Job Description
The main role of the Franchise Training Specialist is to oversee and lead the daily sales and operations activities of the The Good Meat franchisees together with the Franchise and Developing Channels Manager.
Franchise Store Operations (80%)
Conduct franchise staff training
Monitor franchise sales and inventory
Conduct regular store visits to franchise stores
Recommend store efficiency practices to franchisees
Train franchise team on the specialized retail meat cuts, different meat part uses, customized specifications and how to maximize yield of carcass based on customers needs
Facilitate regular QA audits and business reviews
Ensure compliance with the TGM Operations Manual
Consolidate sales and inventory reports with franchisees
Market Intelligence and Documentation (20%)
Conduct market price scans (maintain a competitive price dashboard)
Ensure proper documentation and cascade of forms and memos to franchisees
Food Safety & Quality Management:
Comply with quality, Halal, health and food safety policy, standards, and regulations of the company.
Responsible for reporting problems related to Halal, food safety & quality management system to identified authorities.
Other Duties & Responsibilities:
Actively participate in all company programs and activities under quality improvement, safety & security, sustainability, corporate social responsibility, risk management etc.
Perform other related tasks as may be assigned by the Team Leader.
Qualifications
Education:
Degree qualification in business related discipline
Preferably with butcher training/experience
Experience:
Has experience in retail sales and operations preferably in food industry
Has experience in managing multiple teams and personalities
Has strong selling and communication skills
