Franchise Officer is a professional who works to develop and expand a company's franchise program. S/he handles functions for franchise management which includes pre-onboarding - assist on lease acquisition, lease offerings, construction processes and other opening activities of stores. S/he is also responsible in coordinating the new franchisee's onboarding journey which includes onboarding presentation, branch construction, branch soft opening, and QS Partners training overview.
S/he will ensure that resources are meeting the needs and requirements for the completion of the store construction. Part of the role is to ensure strict compliance on deadlines and standard work regulations set by the company
