Job Summary:
Primarily responsible for assisting the Manager in implementing, administering, and carrying out activities related to administration of real properties such as, but not limited to processing and payment of government taxes, retrieval and consolidation of real property documents from the different government agencies. Acts as liason to our stakeholders and performs fieldwork.
Responsibilities:
Facilitates and monitors timely payment of real property taxes
Processes and timely secures from Assessors and Registry of Deeds (RDs) certified true copies of tax declarations (TDs) , titles, loan mortgage agreements (LMAs), and other old loan and sales documents
Achieves targets set by the Manager based on the company's business plan to maximize efficiency and productivity
Assists the Manager in process improvements necessary to improve efficiency and simplify and/or improve work methods in the administration of real property
Coordinates and maintains good working relationships with various stakeholders such as the Assessors, Treasurers, Register of Deeds (RDs), Land Management Bureau and Land Registration Authority
Performs other job related projects as may be assigned from time to time
Conduct fieldwork activities
A graduate of any four year course
With at least two (2) years working experience in property administration and knowledgeable in the process of transferring and consolidating of titles
Thorough, accurate, consistent and methodical

This is the 1st option to recovery when a loan has become non-performing. This type of servicing is the core of what we do - simply because we want to, as much as possible, resolve the loan with the original borrower. This we do by doing field work, and call outs to try and negotiate a possible loan modification. Loan modification is simply the restructuring of the loan - changing its payment terms and principal based on the financial circumstances of the original borrower. B.Default Management is a loss mitigation effort that occurs when financial resolution of the original borrower is no longer feasible. Under default management, we go after the property once all efforts have been exhausted with the original borrower. Since remedial management doesn't seem to be a viable option anymore, then we resort to foreclosing the property, securing it and eventually finding a buyer for a third party property sale.We are located at 23rd Floor RCBC Savings Bank Corporate Center, 26th Street, Bonifacio Global City, Taguig.Walk In Applicants are encouraged to apply.
