FOOD PRODUCT SPECIALIST / FRONTLINER
 
Position Summary:
 
The Food Product Specialist is responsible for preparing, cooking, and ensuring the quality of key food products such as lechon manok, liempo, and pork belly, following company standards and recipes. This role requires strong kitchen experience, mastery of grilling/roasting techniques, and the ability to maintain consistent product quality.
 
Key Responsibilities:
Prepare, marinate, and cook lechon manok, liempo, and belly according to established recipes and procedures.
Ensure all food products meet the company's quality, taste, and presentation standards.
Operate and maintain grilling, roasting, and kitchen equipment safely and efficiently.
Monitor cooking times, temperatures, and portion sizes to maintain consistency.
Maintain cleanliness and organization in the kitchen and preparation areas.
Follow food safety, sanitation, and hygiene standards at all times.
Manage inventory of raw materials, ingredients, and supplies; coordinate with the supervisor for replenishment.
Assist in product development or improvement to enhance flavor, consistency, and cost efficiency.
Train new kitchen staff on product preparation when needed.
Perform other kitchen-related tasks as assigned.
Qualifications:
With experience in cooking lechon manok, liempo, and pork belly
(required).
At least 6 months to 1 year of kitchen or food preparation experience.
Knowledge of grilling, roasting, marinating, and proper meat handling.
Familiarity with food safety and sanitation guidelines.
Ability to work in a fast-paced kitchen environment.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to product consistency.
Willing to work flexible hours, weekends, and holidays when necessary.
Preferred Skills:
Experience in product development or standard recipe creation is an advantage.
Ability to multitask and manage time efficiently.
Good communication and teamwork skills.
