We are seeking friendly, energetic, and reliable individuals to join our food kiosk team. As Food Kiosk Staff, you will be responsible for preparing and serving food and beverages, maintaining cleanliness, and delivering excellent customer service in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Greet customers warmly and take food and beverage orders efficiently.
Prepare and serve food items (e.g., snacks, drinks, meals) according to established standards.
Operate point-of-sale (POS) systems and handle cash and card transactions accurately.
Keep the kiosk clean and organized, including sanitizing surfaces and equipment.
Restock inventory, condiments, napkins, and other supplies as needed.
Follow all food safety and hygiene regulations.
Handle customer inquiries, complaints, or concerns professionally and promptly.
Assist in opening and closing procedures of the kiosk.
Comply with company policies and health and safety guidelines.
Requirements:
Previous experience in food service, retail, or customer service preferred but not required.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask.
Basic math skills for handling transactions.Knows how to tally and count
Flexibility to work various shifts including weekends and holidays.
Must be punctual, responsible, and team-oriented.
Physical Requirements:
Ability to stand for extended periods.
Work in hot or confined conditions at times.
Preferred Qualifications:
Food Handler's Certification ' Health Card (or willingness to obtain).
Familiarity with point-of-sale systems.
