JOB DESCRIPTION
QUALIFICATIONS:
Graduate of Accountancy, Supply Chain Management, Operations Management, Logistics Management, Industrial Engineering, or any business related courses
A minimum of 3 years' experience in Logistics/ Retail Operations.
Familiarity with the delivery routes, traffic rules and regulations, including specific LGU policies.
Outstanding analytical, problem solving and organizational abilities.
Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
JOB DESCRIPTION:
Ensure effective, timely and cost-efficient delivery of goods to clients
Managing daily routes and delivery schedules
Develop close coordination and team work with the other teams in Warehouse, Sales Admin/Support, Sales, Accounting-Inventory and others
Preparation of monthly delivery reports
Evaluate and manage work performance and behavior of Logistics Personnel including Officers, Clerks, Drivers and Helpers
Ensure and maintain collaborative and respectful working relationship within the team
Review and suggest work procedures that would help in the improvement of the existing operational flow
Assessment and investigation of reported delivery concerns such as incomplete delivery of items and delivery of wrong items to clients
Conducts cost analysis for third party logistics to ensure economical delivery , recommends alternatives and ensures the efficiency of their services
Regularly monitor the condition of delivery trucks and equipment and endorse for proper maintenance to prevent operational delays
