Autonomous Mobility and Safety (AMS)
Job Description
1. Process Flow Generation & Update ¬ Formulates initial process flow for new products which is used as reference in product manufacturing and documentation's. ¬ Updates existing process flow in case of process changes or introduction of additional processes for improvement. ¬ Provides linkage to to other process documentation's (e.g. Process PFMEA, Control Plan, Work Instructions etc.)
2. PFMEA Generation & Update ¬ Formulates the initial FMEA structure using IQ software of new products in all processes in different phases (Pre¬launch and Production). ¬ Reviews per product DFMEA and provide linkage to the processes FMEA. Conducts review and discuss concerns with the new products interface team internationally and with other customer as necessary. ¬ Reviews and updates existing process FMEA with the cross functional team. Includes & update process change, action plan based from process owner inputs and other change as required by the customer for continuous improvement. ¬ Provides linkage to to other process documentation's (e.g. Control Plan, Work Instructions etc.)

Control Plan Generation ¬ Formulates initial control plan for new products which are used as reference of control in product manufacturing in all processes & in all different new product phases (Pre launch, Safe launch & Production). Conducts review & discuss concerns with the new products interface team international ¬ Review & updates existing control plan as result of process FMEA review conducted with the cross functional team to link with the controls needed and also to include changes as necessary for continuous improvement. ¬ Discuss controls with the team for implementation and linkage.
4. Work Instruction Generation, updates and implementation ¬ Administers the generation of new products per processes work instructions using the standard format. Review and updates initial document generated. Conducts review together with the process owners. ¬ Recommends/Direct changes for improvements.
5. Other Processes Documentation & updates ¬ Administers the generation of other process documentation requirement as per product control plan. This includes visual diagram, matrices, failure catalogues, form and other general procedures as required by our quality standards.
6. Document Requirement orientation ¬ Formulates technical training module for documentation requirements orientation and FMEA training. ¬ Conducts orientation & training for all process owners and operators.
