Job Description
a) Overall responsibility for the management of all Fleets, Motorpool and Office Team;
b) Supporting and monitoring the implementation of various activities, including drafting of project documents.
c) Oversee potential issues referring to Independent Contractors, transport group, clients, and vehicles;
d) Respond to inquiries or problems from transport group, compliance agencies, clients, suppliers, vendors and Independent Contractors to be able to provide a better resolution.
e) Manage the process of releasing fuels/diesel, equipments, parts and allowances required to execute a successful delivery to its client and proper utilization.
f) Identify and process vehicle accidents, abuse, violations and incident cases.
g) Strategic planning and programming of the activities.
h) Evaluate cost effectiveness, equipment and hauler partners’ performance and adherence to rules and regulations
i) Preparation of meetings with the team and/or Independent Contractors.
j) Perform any other work related duties and responsibilities that may be assigned from time to time by management.
