Toyota Motor Philippines is looking for a Fleet Management Officer to join our Sales Distribution Department based in Makati City, Metro Manila, Philippines.
The Fleet Management Officer is a member of the Fleet Management Section that is responsible for the success of fleet business nationwide.
In this role, you are expected to be a domain expert in account & dealer management, planning and fleet KPI management.
Your role and responsibilities:
Manage fleet accounts and coordinate to dealer network
Closely monitor fleet order and manage allocation
Fleet KPI management and fleet subsidy management
Implement fleet strategy and sales enhancement activities
Maintain good relationship with existing fleet accounts
Establish and expand new clients for fleet business
Manage vehicle supply, pricing, and profit with total fleet solutions of sales, after-sales, and value chain
Ensure Toyota Dealer Success Program target achievement
Support coordination of other departments to dealers
