· Ensure inventory stock matches delivery requirements and organize product inventory from warehouse to vehicle and vice-versa.
· Follow the scheduled routes for daily deliveries and ensure products are delivered in a timely manner.
· Oversee vehicle maintenance to ensure it remains in good driving condition.
· Monitoring arrival and departure times of all vehicles for delivery, pick up, drop off, and counterchecking time logs. Can be a reliever driver for any urgent and emergency
· Plan and coordinate the schedule of logistics and shift assignments.
· Inspect and troubleshoot various equipment and systems.
· Test the functionality of the facility's safety systems.
· Monitor fuel levels of company vehicles and schedule maintenance whenever necessary.
· Monitor the daily time record of team members.
· Responsible and accountable for the approval of overtime
· Assist in other duties and functions as assigned.
· Report to facilities or maintenance manager regarding issues resolved those needing attention, and those currently in progress.
Have drivers license 1 and 2
Knowledgeable in using computer or laptop and Google Suite or MS Office
With excellent coordinating and communication skills
