Education:
Bachelor's or master's degree in related fields
Professional Experience:
At least 1 - 3 years of experience in property management or other related work
Others:
Good communication skills in Filipino, English and Chinese (HSK5 and above)
Computer skills in Ms. Office, especially Excel (Pivot, VLOOKUP) and PowerPoint
Able to communicate and coordinate well within and outside the team
High responsibility Able to work well under pressure
