The CQA Manager for Asset, AP and Expense (Internal Position Title) will ensure alignment of fixed assets, payables and expenses to company's strategies and initiatives in coordination with internal Finance teams and shared service center (SSC). He/She will manage monthly, quarterly and annual statutory expense reporting, review movement and aging of accounts payable and fixed assets in coordination with internal Finance teams and SSC. Establishes and reviews various related policies and processes. Monitors and ensures appraisal of assets and insurance renewal are done on a timely basis and/or as necessary. Ensures that the results of Asset activities, including but not limited to fixed asset (in-premise) count/validation, employee asset accountability confirmation, and spot check of warehouses, are reported to the management on a timely manner. Handles asset and inventory general ledger reporting schedules and lapsing schedule. Compliance to audit and other statutory requirements. Perform ad hoc tasks as may be required.
Minimum Qualifications:
A Bachelor's Degree in Accountancy and must be a Certified Public Accountant
With at least 5 years managerial experience or with equivalent working experience in financial analysis, expense reporting, audit, policy creation and implementation, internal controls, asset and expense reporting is an advantage
Has excellent PC skills (preferably Microsoft and SAP Financial System)
With strong analytical and problem solving skills, out-of-the-box thinking, and with ability to establish strong relationships across all levels and regional offices
Tact and good judgment in handling confidential information
Good communication and people management skills
Full-time, dayshift position
Willing to work in Mo. Ignacia, Quezon City
Willing to work in a hybrid setup (2x a week) and on call if needed
