Job Description
The role is responsible for the overall management of key FACTLR initiatives and implementation and administration of the Company's financial systems. It ensures coordination and alignment of initiatives and activities of different FACTLR functional groups for a more cohesive project delivery and support to business partners. Similarly, the role is expected to work closely with IT and to collaborate with other support groups to improve business processes to achieve more efficiency. It will also lead, manage & control financial system solution projects and related change management, in the designated time frames & budget allocated.

Qualifications
Education
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Industrial Engineering or Business Course
Possessing any of the following certification is an advantage.
CPA
Six Sigma (Green or Black)
Project Management
Experience
Working knowledge on financial processes and familiarity with accounting transactions
Knowledge and understanding of system flow charts, process flow charts and data diagrams.
Previous experience with business process improvement
Working knowledge and experience on financial accounting systems, preferably with working experience with SAP FICO and other ERP systems
Working knowledge on business intelligence tools (e.g. Power BI, Anaplan)
Previous experience in Project Management
Preferably with experience in manufacturing company or business consulting firms
Knowledge of current trends and innovations in technology
Strong team leadership and development skills
