Directly responsible for generating the targeted new loan bookings/accounts and the proper account management of handled accounts. Shall be responsible for the attainment of his/her own monthly targets both on loan generation and collection efficiency.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Must meet and produce his/her individual quota/target on gross income target resulting from projected loan bookings per month
Identifies target market and solicits new accounts in accordance with the company's marketing plan.
Completes his/her own sales activities to generate the needed new loan applications and loan booking and must conduct regular fieldwork on a weekly basis to bring in and ensure the production of needed new accounts and maintain existing good accounts.
Processes and makes the proper/complete recommendations on loan applications and requests within the given TAT target. Evaluates the creditworthiness of the borrowers and provide financial packages suitable to the financial capacity
Prepares the needed Term Sheet and presents and defends the same to the approving body
Regularly updates the clients and customers on the status of their loan requests and applications (Must ensure that the client/applicant is not the one who will call to get an update on their request)
Reminds clients of available balances which can be drawn from their credit lines and assist clients on their immediate availments through SSU.
In charge of the Loan Origination Partner program of UFII (Accreditation, handling, and monitoring of effective and efficient agents either they be individuals or institutional)
Helps keeps track of the direct competitor's activities, pricing, promos and reports the same to the SFSO and Department Head
Recommends to the SFSO and Head, possible business partnerships which can be of help to the objectives of the Department
Informs the Marketing Associate of important meetings and events which shall be placed on the whiteboard
Manages a set of solicited and assign accounts by maintaining a quality loan portfolio through close monitoring of handled accounts and works on having a 100% collection efficiency ratio per month. (Expected monthly payments of all handled clients vs actual monthly payments made)
Works on the timely credit line renewal of handled accounts and on the 100% client retention and service satisfaction
Reminds clients of the schedule of loan payments to ensure timely settlement of loan amortization and payments
Immediately counsels his/her own client on collection problems and makes necessary collection letters if needed.
Acts immediately of cases of bounced checks from the accounts being handled and relays the resolution discussed with the client on the same days to the Head and SSU Officer which will be immediately relayed to the Operation Head
Works out the immediate loan restructuring of past due accounts handled if needed.
Recommends to the SFSO and Head for evaluation of new best practices from direct or indirect competitors to help the department and company meet its objectives (Loan products guides, promos, activities, loan processing procedures, credit and collection process, etc.)
Maintains confidentiality of such matters such as pricing, business policies, methods, and practices
Performs other job-related functions that may be assigned from time to time
Bachelor's degree in a business-related course
At least 5 years of managerial experience in marketing, credit/ financing, loans and its associated operating regulatory practices and procedures
Working knowledge in legal/documentation and accounting; computer literate, with excellent communication and analytical skills; ability to handle pressure and meet assigned targets
