Raise billing documents using SAP system
Timesheet administration
Build and maintain projects including plan data
Monitor internal controls around the billing process and report non-compliance to Project Shared Services (PSS) Manager
Monitor the correct functioning of the procedures documented by PSS
Maintain working relationships with those responsible for project monitoring within the Business Units and Finance department
Recommend changes to systems or processes affecting PSS as necessary to the PSS Manager
Ad hoc projects as assigned
Qualifications:
Has a Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration or any relevant course
With at least 1 year of work experience in Billing Administration, AP, AR or General Accounting, preferably gained from BPO or Shared Services environment
Has basic understanding of project principles, accounting principles and Financial Reporting Software
Preferably with knowledge in SAP Accounting system
Proficient in MS Excel
Can communicate to all levels i.e., local team, clients, onshore suppliers and project managers
Can thrive in a fast-paced environment like Fujitsu GDC
Has strong time management skills
Has strict attention to detail
A team player
Okay with morning shift
Okay to work on extended hours and work during holidays
Willing to work in Bonifacio Global City, Taguig
