Position Description:
Position Title: Financial Service Associate
Classification: Associate
Salary Grade: 18000- 22000 Peso / month
Reports To: Account Manager, Client
Primary Relationships: Client Team
Date(s): January - February 2021
Background:
-Work with a financial company based out of the UK assisting their clients with financial needs.
Main Roles:
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to work under pressure, prioritise task and manage time effectively
- All work processing deadlines are met
- Bookkeeping and Accounting skills
Schedule:
- Must feel comfortable working UK business hours
Responsibilities:
- AR/AP Management
- Check preparations
- Daily bank reconciliation
- Tracking and recording accountable forms
- Expense recording and reporting
- Maintaining and ensuring completeness and accuracy of accounting systems and record keeping on a regular basis.
Requirements:
- Accounting qualification, university degree level or equivalent.
- Minimum 6-months post qualification experience of working as a financial consultant, bookkeeper, or accountant.
- Knowledge of GAAP preferred but not required
- Sound knowledge of computerised accounting systems, especially Microsoft Outlook & Excel.
- An ability to deal with numerous issues concurrently.
- Aptitude for numbers and quantitative skills.
- Excellent English language skills (written and speaking)
- Good time management and task management skills
- Noticeable organizational and prioritization skills
- Ability to work independently and meticulously
- Able to demonstrate initiative
