Job Summary
Responsible for all aspects of general accounting function including but not limited to bank reconciliation, compliance with BIR and other regulatory agencies, monitoring and ensuring correct inventory balances per books against actual balances, and ensuring correctness and completeness of fixed assets recording.
Specific Duties and Responsibilities
Ensure correctness and completeness of fixed assets recordings in SAP and the related depreciation and accumulated depreciation expenses.
Monitor and ensure correctness of prepayment schedule, recordings, and inventory records against actual count balances.
Perform other related functions that maybe assigned by the Accounting/Treasury Head/Manager from time to time.
Qualifications
Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's/College Degree in Accountancy
No work experience required
Computer literate, preferably knowledgeable in SAP.
Highly analytical, keen to details, and is results-oriented.
Able to handle multiple tasks and stay organized.
Must have a CPA license/certification
