Responsible for developing internal and external financial reports. Creates and maintains a highly complex internal and external financial reports with detailed financial records and data analysis for FDC Parent and FDC Consolidated Financials.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Financial Reporting
Develops and maintains highly complex internal and external financial reports with data analytics for FDC Parent and FDC Consolidated Financials. This includes, but is not limited to, executive committee reports, board meeting materials and other internal and external requirements.
Prepares and maintains detailed financial records and back-up
Prepares the Annual Report or SEC 17A, collates the information and attachments required in the annual report, drafts the industry write-ups and business developments, coordinates with various subsidiaries and investor relations teams, and consolidates necessary financials and analyses to be included in the report.
Assists the Accounting Manager in the preparation of quarterly and annual financial statements. This includes but is not limited to the preparation of notes to financial statements, SEC 17Q and its related supplementary information.
Leads the transition to automated reports (such as Power Bl live) and manages the team in implementing a management reporting system.
Responds to inquiries related to the financial results
Financial Analysis
Assists and supports the Accounting Manager in evaluating and examining the financial performance of FDC Parent and Subsidiaries/Affiliates on a monthly basis against key business metrics which will enable the management to determine progress against prior periods
Collaborates with the other departments/subsidiaries to establish an overall variance analysis for monthly reporting to management
Evaluates current and future reporting needs.
Provides recommendations based on financial analysis toward achieving financial goals
Business Improvement
Leads the development and maintenance of business innovation to continuously and measurably improve accounting processes and productivity
JOB QUALIFICATIONS
With minimum 2 years of practical experience in an audit firm
Certified Public Accountant (CPA) license is a requirement
Graduate of BS Accountancy, Finance or its related degree programs
Has extensive knowledge of Financial Analysis and Reporting
Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel and Powerpoint
Well-developed IT skills (including word processing, databases, spreadsheets and presentations).
Strong interpersonal, people management and development skills
With good business writing skills and effective business communications skills
Ability to assess and make effective decisions in complex situations
Experience in conglomerate companies or related industries is preferred
Power Bl experience is an advantage but not a requirement
