General
Provide support to GM - Finance in executing the full accounting function.
Group reporting in IDL & financial statements in local ERP.
Financial data analysis and modelling.
Assist with forecasting & budgeting.
Assist with documenting internal financial processes.
Coordinate Finance team members and relief in their absence.
Oversees AP & AR and streamline the current processes.
Lead annual audit and complete the audit & YE group reporting as per required timeline.
Maintain fixed assets register and lead annual stock take for fixed assets.
Management of inventory and lead annual stock take.
Liaise with government agents in relation to various licensing & compliance matters.
Prepare annual insurance renewal and assist with insurance inquires.
Month End
Close the accounting book within the required timeline, complete monthly financial reports and meet the group reporting deadlines.
Prepare and enter journals as required.
Project review and variance analysis.
Order intake and order bank reporting.
Check general ledge for discrepancies and process journals to correct any errors.
Reconcile all balance sheet accounts.
Prepare cash flow forecast for monthly management reports.
Qualifications:
CPA, will be an advantage
With at least 3 years working experience related in Financial Reporting roles.
Amenable to work onsite in Ortigas, hybrid work setup (3 days WFH, 2 days site reporting)
Excellent communication skills
